Stanley Bielen - "Ranuculus Bouquet"

Stanley Bielen - "Blue Notes"

Stanley Bielen is a noteworthy still life painter whose loose brushy style has been compared to Edward Monet's. Mr. Bielen was born in Poland. He studied painting at the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts from 1976 to 1980 and exhibits both regionally and nationally. He has won several important prizes including Fred and Naomi Hazell Faculty Fellowship from the Samuel S. Fleisher Art Memorial. Stanley's work is included in the collections of the Hirshorn Museum in Washington, DC, and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts in Philadelphia. Mr. Bielen is represented by the Morpeth Gallery in Hopewell, NJ.
